BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THE VEHICLE DESCRIBED HEREIN IS SOLD STRICTLY "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS." COUSO CLASSY CARS LLC ("DEALER") MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BUYER ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CONDITION OF THE VEHICLE AT TIME OF DELIVERY.

No representation, promise, or warranty concerning the vehicle's condition, mechanical state, mileage accuracy, title history, prior use, or fitness for any particular purpose shall be binding upon Dealer unless expressly stated in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Couso Classy Cars LLC. Oral statements do not constitute warranties.

Buyer is strongly encouraged to conduct an independent vehicle inspection by a qualified mechanic prior to execution of any final sales contract. Buyer's signature on the final retail installment contract or bill of sale shall constitute acknowledgment that the vehicle was inspected or that Buyer waived the right to inspect.
